Alaska Emperor Goose Hunting With Team X-Treme
If you’re a die-hard waterfowl trophy hunter, harvesting a Trophy Emperor Goose should be at the top of your list. After decades, “31 years to be exact”, the Emperor Goose season will be open to residents in the fall of 2017 and non-residents by draw permit in the fall of 2018 to harvesting these magnificent tidewater geese of the Bering Sea.

Alaska Peninsula is famous for Salmon fishing and Giant Brown bears but what most hunters don’t know is that 85% of the Emperor Goose migrating south stage and pass through some of the most epic Waterfowl hunting areas and the least amount of pressure due to access. While living here for the past 20 years we have learned all the secret spots that have no pressure at all with large populations of Emperors,Ducks and Canadas along with some great fishing These hunts are only accessible by small bush plane and are in spike camps or small cabins.
